    The Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation Housing Opportunities Program can help you obtain a loan for up to $20,000 in repairs to owner-occupied property (0%-4.5% interest).  Funds are also available for emergency repairs.  For information packet, call 410-887-3124. (posted 2/9/00)
  • Help Stop the LeaK!
    If you are a Maryland homeowner on a fixed or limited income, State funds are available to help repair:   leaky faucets, showerheads, hot water tanks, commodes, water supply lines.   Call the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Water Conservation Program, 1-800-492-7127.   • Pothole Hotline
    Baltimore County now has a staffed "pothole hotline."  To report problems, call 410-887-3560, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. (posted 9/23/99)
  • Report Graffiti
    To have graffiti cleaned upon State property, call (410) 363-1315.  This number may also be called to report high grass and weeds on State property. (posted 9/23/99)
